Welcome,
An unfortunate offsite accident gave me the gift of time. Time to reflect, time to re-assess and work out if I wanted to downsize my ambitions, or simply re-direct towards a new venture. The realisation that I couldn't fly, though the landing certainly left its mark. Who knew.
The corporate world outside mining didn't know what to do with me. I wasn't ready to stop yet, I still had more to give.
I missed the daily challenge and purpose that came from supporting people, projects and operations in those 20+ years spent in mining, contracting and business support that built a great career foundation.
And so, Dust & Data Co was born.
A business built on genuine experience, practical solutions, and the belief that great outcomes are formed with hands-on knowledge and organised data.
I am able to provide reliable assistance across many areas to keep projects and daily tasks on track, while continuously looking for areas of improvement.
I've had the pleasure of working with all levels of Lead Teams in tough environments, while guiding my own group members to successful outcomes.
These opportunities provided the best learning curves in understanding both operational realities and the business systems to keep promoting that continual growth.
From office tasks, training rooms, recruiting support, onboarding to production pits, and a heap more in between, my own journey has been long, broad and enjoyable.
